  O Hogan's. The food is divine, the decor looks lovely and the beers are cold. But why are your staff so unfriendly? Every single time we come to Hogan's the people there are rude and have a sense of humour worthy of an eighty-year-old devout Mormon missionary for whom life has lost all its sparkle, vim and verve. It has been three years since we had a vaguely 'standard' evening there without unfriendliness and general unpleasantness ruining our evening. Please hire some more friendly people or devote resources to training your staff in the noble art of customer interaction. Please! You used to be awesome and can be again. P.S. Bring porterhouse steaks back! By far the tastiest thing on your menu.

  Great place to bring the family for a meal.. or to get the kids looked after and let loose for a night. Food is consistantly good and service is always friendly and helpful.
